Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us, to Steven Köhler, Kastanienallee 18, 14471 Potsdam, Germany. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Warranty for used goods

For used goods, the statutory warranty period according to § 476 para. 2 BGB is shortened to 1 year. This applies in particular to used video games, consoles and accessories. The shortening does not apply to claims for injury to life, limb or health, nor in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Return Policy (30 Days)

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items not in their original condition or damaged
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
